Now that the COVID-19 restrictions on Bed & Breakfast establishments are being lifted, we are very much looking forward to welcoming guests to Inglewood House B&B once more.
It won’t be quite ‘Business as Usual’ of course and, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer our usual friendly doorstep handshake but the warm welcome will still be there!
We shall only be letting the Cream Bedroom as it is a double en-suite room and that will also keep numbers down in the Breakfast room.
Following Government guidelines, we will thoroughly sanitise all surfaces after our guests have departed and we will also not re-let the room for 72 hours.
We have hand sanitisers in the Entrance Hall and the Bedroom. The current advice is that wearing of a mask is compulsory but not, of course, when eating Breakfast!
We will have to, for the time being at least, substitute individually wrapped biscuits for the home-made biscuits & cakes that we would usually have provided in the room. Breakfast cereals, jams & spreads will all also be individually wrapped. Sadly, we will no longer be able to offer fresh fruit & berries at Breakfast, but fruit juice, yoghurts and porridge will still be available on request.
Our Full English Breakfast will continue, as usual, to include eggs from our own hens, home-made hash browns, locally sourced produce whenever possible plus home-made bread.
We would request payment either via BACS in advance (refundable in the event of cancellation), by cash during your stay or through our Airbnb page (unfortunately, an Airbnb fee would be charged to both you and us)
If you have, or think you may have, any of the COVID-19 symptoms we would ask you, in the nicest possible way, not to come to stay with us – but we would very much like to welcome you to Inglewood House at some other time in the future.
